RC Dreamz was established in 2007, simply because the founders love RC. They entered the RC market to share their knowledge in building and maintaining RC machines with others who share the same interest. Its very contagious and it catches on easily.

How to become RC Dreamz webstore member?
Please register yourself by filling all related detail in the member area section. A verification email will sent to your registered mail box and click on the link in the mail, your account will immediately been activated.
If you do not received any mail from RC Dreamz within 24 hours after registration, this could due to wrong email address registered. Please register again by filling the correct email address.
Can we checkout without completion of member registration ?
Yes. Select your favourite products and " Add to Cart ", checkout with " Checkout as Guest ". Fill in correctly your particulars and easy, your order has been proccessed.

What areas are covered by rcdreamz.com.my?
We presently cover every corner of Malaysia. By online webstore order and mail order. However we do not provide oversea shipment to country other than Malaysia.
What are the shipping costs?
All delivery charges will be calculated into the bill. Total cost will automatically calculated by webstore system depending on the product actual weight or volumetric weight which present higher.
What more can you tell me about the shipping costs?
Currently we are unable to provide any form of free shipping due to competitive rates, and charges for all deliveries to destinations in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. You however have the option to collect it from our shop, if it is conveniently nearby to your location.
Who is your Delivery Partner?
We have appointed Pos Malaysia and Skynet to deliver your orders to you. However, we only posted one solution during your checkout process, and flat rate is offered for both courier services. More delivery services will be added at a later date.
At the mean time, assigned reverse pick-up from our customers are also welcomed.
Is the online transaction secure?

Do you accept payments by cheques?
Yes, we do accept any cheque issued by any bank party within Malaysia. For payment through cheques, the processing lead time will be minimum 2 working days before order status updated to "Shipped".
However it is preferred that all products on our site requires the use of either one of these: GIRO , Online transfer, ATM transfer or Cash Deposit, which is easily tracable, in any case of redundancy.
Will I be able to view the total Shipping Charges when I checkout?
Yes, in fact you need to confirm and agree to these charges before the transaction is completed. You can retrieve every order detail or order history under member area section.
How long will the delivery take?
Generally, items ordered will be delivered maximum within 5 working days from the date of order. In the instance where this is not possible, you will be contacted by RC Dreamz to make alternative arrangements.
For order made before 3pm on working day, will be immediately arranged for shipment once payment received and confimed. Otherwise will be carried forward to next working day.
Will I be able to keep track of the delivery of my items?
RC Dreamz will ensure that the tracking code is sent to you via e-mail after every parcel or document be shipped out. Of course tracking number can only be traced online after 24hours of shipment, due to efficiency on courier system provided by courier party.
You may write us for any uncertain email information or in the circunstances of loosing tracking number.
What is the validity time for order under pending status?
If we do not receive any of your payment according to your latest order within 14 days, which still under the status of "Pending", your order will be automatically cancelled or deleted by our webstore system and cancellation email will be sent to you.
In the case of you could not reach to this cancellation email, please retrieve your order status or order history under member section and do not make any payment for order which already cencelled or deleted.
Can I have my own assigned forwarder to arrange reverse pick up?
Yes, if you do have your appointed forwarder agent or courier service, please write or call us for pick up arrangement and shipping charges will be excluded in your bill.

Can I order spare parts from RC Dreamz as well for products purchased?
Yes of course, we carry almost full range of spare parts for in-house products although you may not able to search the spare parts item from our webstore.
You are welcome to write us with list of spare parts in need, which refer to the actual item code stated in product manual, and we will reply you ASAP stock availability and total amount. Also do not forget to inform us your shipping address for quick processing.
Also we strongly advise you keep nice of instruction manual out of the box, it is important to refer back for spare part code hence we can supply the correct item you need.
However our spare parts support will be reserved priority for players who made purchase from us. We deliver no limit support to our royal customers.
