For players (especially RC Car racers) who newly introduced to LiPo Battery (Lithium Polymer), please learn yourselves some basic "Must Know Terms & Conditions" from the tips below :

1) Never charge a LiPo battery with a charger designed for NiCd, NiMh, or any other type of battery chemistry. Use only charger made for LiPo battery or Multifunction charger which recomended by RC Shop.

2) Do not leave LiPo battery unattended during charging. Follow every instruction of charging time for different spec of battery.

3) Do not overcharge LiPo battery, especially by non-auto cut-off charger. Clear your mind with misunderstanding of charging LiPo with 6 or 8 hours.

4) Always place your battery on heat resistant surface alone when charging, be noticed of the battery and charger heatness to avoid overheat which will possibly damage the battery and charger.

5) Highly recommended to put your battery inside a LiPo safe bag while charging. Introduce to LiPo Safe Bag 

6) Do not allow LiPo cells to overheat at anytime. Cells which reach greater than 140 Fahrenheit (60c) will usually become damaged and will catch fire.

7) Do not charge LiPo battery on or near combustible materials including paper, plastic, carpets, vinyl, leather, and wood, or inside RC model or full size automobile.

8)Do not discharge LiPo or drain it dry while using on any RC model. Doing so will damage any cell or all cells of LiPo even at once.

9) Do not expose LiPo cell to water or moisture at anytime.

10) Do not store LiPo battery near open flame or heater, and of course, away from reach of children.

11) Do not assemble LiPo cells or pre-assembled packs together with other LiPo cells or packs.

12) Remove the battery immediately if RC model is involved in any kind of crash or damage. Carefully inspect the battery and connectors for even the smallest damage.

13) Do not allow the electrolyte to get into eyes or on skin. Wash effected area immediately if they come into contact with electrolyte by any chance.

14) Do not allow the contact of two cable (black and red) when any alteration or modification of connector is neccessarily involved.

15) Do not have direct contact with a leaky/damaged LiPo battery and stop any intention of trying to recover a leaky/damaged LiPo battery.
